Products
We design and build accessories for the TZLA plasma machine and similar equipment. Everything is made by hand in Norway.
Product photos show real units, but each piece is made individually. Small variations in finish are normal and are not defects.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and include free worldwide shipping.
Prices don't include import duties or taxes charged by your country. See our Shipping Policy.
Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept major cards through Shopify Payments.
We may correct pricing errors. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before processing and give you the choice to confirm or cancel.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation.
We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if we can't ship to your address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, you get a full refund.
Intended use
Our products are electrical accessories sold for experimental and educational use by adults who understand high-voltage equipment.

Intellectual property
All designs, product photography, text, and the Faro Wolf name and logo belong to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs or files without written permission.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item, not of the design behind it.
Limitation of liability
We're responsible for delivering products that match their description and are free from manufacturing defects.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or misuse of our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Norwegian, EU, or UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go before Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order is the one that applies.
